Mr, @CMMiens contacted police headquarters and stated that he had observed
an object like a ball of light, silver in color, with a long vapor trail,
aoproximately the size of a dime, traveling in a northwesterly direction, at
aporoximately the altitude of 5,000 feet. MrqqMstated the ooject was visible
for )} minutes and disappeared. Sighting was made visually at 055 hours
