UFO made strange sound. Hovered bit moved away when anyone
approached it. |

COMMENTS: Duration indicates a possible Astro sighting, however ;
the repart indicated sound accompanied cbject. Report second
hand, iInsufficiemt data for evaluation. Witness nam and address

not incluied and no follow up. Form sent to local police for

delivery to the witness. Form returned with Address unimown,

object observed over Algodones which was relayed by your office
to Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. The information which we received
was incomplete.

2. I was unable to confirn any aircraz>s in the area, however, T

feel that the sitings are propably over-flying aircralt in thi

broken cloud decks. This tyne of sky coverage is imusuai in this

area and thers has been heavy UFO publicity that you ars quite

familiar with.
