geference the attached letter from sii? wema oo questing
information on his receat unidentified observations. ‘The first
observation of August 1965 is very similar to an observation of
an infra-red photo mission. The color of the lights, slow speed,
‘low altitude and the noise are all characteristic of this type
of ovservation. The noise is caused by a generator used in
operating the equipmeat. The second sighting of 1 Septemoer
coulda be caused by test aircraft at hich altitude as Mr Haberman
SuUsZeStsS.
