Dear Sir:
On Friday, July 2, at about 1l:l5 p.m. we watched an unusual
object that resembled a sta It was alternately reddish and
white. At times appeared ightest object in the
times i ardly visible It wavered or
zig-zagged several times and appeared to hold steady on
occassions. We viewed it for r approximately l5 minutes. We
first noticed it in the west moving northeast. It changed
course three times. When it reached due north it changed
course and traveled in a northerly direction. It again
changed course and traveled north east. It then appeared
to travel disappeared ov ver the mountain.
During this time we phoned another person,
about 3 to linutes.
first appeared over the western range and
the eastern nge.
Since that time, we have been watching the newspapers in
hopes of an article concerning the object we saw. .
The article finally anpeared in the July 8 issue of the
ALBUQUERQUE JOURNAL But, the article states that you viewed
the object Monday, July 5.
We felt our sighting of a similar object might be of inerest
to you.
