tinted windshield when the dome light was on in the car and all stars were blanked out
under these conditions. Some comoarison could be made to a mercury yard Iight except

. Did the object disappear while you were watching it? If so, how? One of the objects seemed to
disappear into a light cloud on the northern horizon for a short period while we
were parked a watching. We lost sight of one object after we started driving
and finally lost sight of the other object after we passed Raleigh, North Dakota
but mainly because we were tired and didn't make an attempt to keep it in sight.

seemed to make a pass at each other, it appeared that they came within l00o feet
of each other.
On about five occasions during the months of August and September 1965, my family
and I have sighted similar objects travelling at a set rate of speed from south
to North and east to west from our
occasions we routed the neighbors w also sighted the objects. On one occasion
I called the Target Radar Base manned by the Air Force north of Bismarck and I I called the Target Radar Base manned by the Air Force north of Bismarck and I
believe one of the men on duty sighted the same object but informed me that they

aircraft or balloons. All were sighted at night. I believe the objects of this
bly lower than those sighted during the following months.

not common practice, would appreciate it if you would forward this report to
him as the answers I have given him are rather brief. I understand that Mr.
Hynek is the Scientific Consultant for the Air Force's project Bluebook.
