A. Description of the object:
1. The IFO ) was triangular in shape.
2. The lFo was the size of a pea to to eye, the size of
a nickel in a 6 power telescope.
3. The object was white to the eye. T The cbject had a

1. Observers attention was drawn to object because of its
fast movement "fastest thing in the sky".

3. The UFO faded passed the horizon
on second sighting.
The UFo went from North to South, then passed from East to West near
Southern horizon. It moved faster than a satelite and umlike a
meteorite. It moved to fast to be observed in any but the finder scope
of observers astronomical telescope.
5. Faded near vertical and passed over horizon second sighting.
6. The iFo was first visable less than two minutes, then
reappeared about 20 mimutes later for about five minutes.

2. Preliminary Analysis - I feel that Mr. perpaps observed
a weather ballcon. This area is quite near J-63 and other main jet routes
to New York City. Hugenot Vortac is about 2oNM South of there and is the intersection jet routes J-63, J-7, and J-95.
