Twy youths 11 am 13 observed object between 4 ami 5 AM on th
morning of 13 July. Initial impression was moonlight. 2d bo
said it moved. Moved in different directions, Observed for
about one hour. Whitish, metallic sheen. Seemed to be four
of the lights. Foggy night. Lights hovered over the nearby
houses, Faded away about 5 AM. Then btosy decided to tell
Farents, Object drifting South. Located in West. Moon at
19.04h Right Ascension, placing it in the SW 10 deg: elevation
230 deg azimuth. Full moon on 13 July at 1700. Form 164 sent
but not returned. Evaluation based on limited data. Possibl
reevaluation if additional data is presented.
