observation took place on 22 January 1965 near Elkins West, Virginia.
The following information is I provided in order that a reply may be

a. The above observation made from an aircraft has been evaluated
as a solar i image by Dr J Allen Hynek, Ai: Consultant to Project
Blue Book. While rare, this unique pher has appeared before, and
