say they sawe UFO aver the city at apout 7:50 P.M. Atthourh
the men were shout tiree miles upact atthe time, Lowel Strick.
land and Dr. George L. Wilcinson apparently saw the seine object.

Strickland, a business man, and a former chairman of the
South Bostos planning comrnission, +4s at work etona downtown
building when he saw the object. Hesaid it was elliotical In shun
