1. At approximately 1540 hours, 17 November 196l, Mrs
Cleveland, Ohio, reported that her son,
had come home from school and reported that during lunch break at
Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, many of
the children in the playground had seen a circular object flying over-
head with two appendages sticking out from the bottom. One of the
boys, Cleveland, Ohio, drew the object
on a blackboard in the school during a subsequent class. All the
children involved were from ten to twelve years old. The incident
