Two youths observed a flying saucer and it's occupants. It
might have been a meteor except for it's fantastic speed. It
traveled faster than any jet in the sky.

censors any information concerning unidentified

flying objects. Our files have always been open to

bona fide news representatives and scientific researchers.

Attached is a copy of FTD Form 164 which is used
for reporting UFro observations to the Air Force. If
you wish to submit a report of your sighting, the Air
Force will evaluate it, and you will be informed of
the conclusions.

respect our countries’ Air Force and what it is
dcing fcr the defense cf cur country aid tie free
world,

The organization called NICAP(Naticnal In
vestigation Committee on Aireal Phenomena) has
proved to the public that the U.S, Air Force has
been witholding information concerning UFO's,

We here in Braintree have crganized the
Flying Saucer Investigeaticn Asyency for the purpose
of discovering hidden infcrmation(hidden by USAF)
concerning UFOs and exposing it tc the public,

We curselves have seen a flying saucer and tie c
creatures that occujied it. We kncw tliat the
saucer may have been a metiorite except for its
fantastic speed.

| This “craft” traveled faster than any jat
plane that ever pathed the sky! Upon your request
we will send a detailed report.

We hereby pledge to "work" to cur greatest

extent tc eliminate any and all secrecy rezarding
UFOs.
