This is in reply to your letters of 10 Sep and 24 Oct 64. We
hope that your visit to Wright-Patterson was enlightening. We are
sorry that we cannot comply with your request for the complete file
folders. These folders not only list the date and location of the
sighting and the evaluation but also, the names of principal wit-
nesses. I am sure you will understand cur reasons for not releasing
these lists.
