Thank you for your letter of l4 October l964 in response to one
of several recent UFO reports which I submitted to the USAF, i.e.
UF0 sightings on 9 September 1964 in the Boston, Massachusetts,
North Shore Area. In answer to your questions concerning the
possibility that the "second object" sighted by James Warsher and
his friend was a or spotlight, I am supplying the
following information.

the visual characteristics displayed by aircraft with advertising
banners.
