Police Department notifed by Mr Connor, McClellan Base Operations, that the t
Officer of the Day at Mather AFB, Lt Undorf, had received a report of a UFO
from NN who stated he had observed an object traveling from ~
North to South which appeared to be the shape of a star, Odject was a bright
white in. color, traveling in a straight path, lower than the stars, larger
than a star, with an exhaust trail 4 inch to the rear. Object mady no sound.
and faded out in apvroximately 24 minutes at about 4 O'clock, Object sighted

at 1550 Zulu time, 30 May 64. Stated he was going to keep watching as he felt
it would pass over again in about 88 minutes, :: 74
