Command Pos at at approximately 0500 Central Standard Time, 16 May 1964,

he sighted an Unidentified Flying Object through his bedroom window, Both |
he and his wife went into the back yard and observed the object for 15 or

20 minutes. It was similar in shape and color to a star but was larger.

It was initially observed at a 45° angle from the southern horizon and moved
perceptibly from east to west. During the period it was observed, it moved

across half the visible sky. It was apparently in space or at an extremely

high altitude, No noise was noted,

2, Mr MMB is 42 years old, his wife is 40, He is an Inspector with
the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, stationed at Brownsville,

3. This incident was reported to ATC Command Post on 16 May 1964, The
information was also furnished to the Detachment | of the 2nd Surveillance
Squadron, located about 10 miles from Laredo,
