azimuth. Looked at objeot through binoculars time of observation. Mag -3.7.
through bedroom window. Object did not twinkl. Case evaluated as an observation of
venus, and witness informed of this
evaluation.

the local newspaper office and y siad perhaps it was Echo I

will be visible throughout March, at night but slightly higher.

What you saw was Venus which at the time you
t 280o azimuth. The planet, which
has a magnitude f -3.7, will be visible throughout
March, at night and at an elevation a little higher
than at the time you observed it.
