1. Reference the attached letter from requesting
information on a UFo Sighting.
2. The information letter, regarding his sighting
of 1l Feb 64, contains most of the essential information necessary
for evaluation. However, no positive identification can be made
on a sighting this brief. There is a possibility of light reflections
of some sort and while the objects did not have tails and appeared to
