Report of Unusual I Phenomena Sighting over Washington,
D.C. 11 and 12 December 1963
Reference sighting l4 in the AF Fact Sheet, this
orrice received a telephone call from a meber of the
Netherlands Embassy who stated that he had r read the
Fact Sheet and this item was of particular interest
to him.
He further advised that he had seen just such an
unusual phenomena in the skies over Washington on
several occasions, and that in each case it developed
that the phenomer was a flock of starlings being
chased by a bir prey. This would coincide with the
