Intelligence Division, 22nd Bombardment Wing (H) at looo hours
on 17 October l963. Due to the lapse of time since the writing
of the report and information contained in the report, no action

On Sept. 10, 1963, in Serna Mesa, Son Diego,
amateur astronomer, 23 years of age, wa casually peering into the sky,
with and without a 6 inch Parabolic Reflecting Telescope, when at 20
minutes after the hour of 10:00 (10:20 p.m. - Pacific DST) I pointed
every night that we (and many others) observed it. The object cannot be
