Object resembling a bright star except that Object characteristic of a/c with
it was visible only while flashing observed strobe at extreme altitude. Duration
in Northerly flight for about 4 mimutes. and speed of object consistant with thi s
Color blue-green. Flash every 5 sec. No sound. analysis.
Appeared at great altitude. Like Satellite.
Observed after meteor observation 4 minutes

I WAS COMEING G HOME FROM DUTY AT 3.34 AM ON THE MORNING OF JULY 29 1963
AND SEEN AN OBJECT BURN UP UPON ENTERING THE ATMOSPHERE,WHILE TRAVELING
IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION. THE FLAMES WERE BLUEISH GREEN AND VERY BRIGHT.
I MADE NOTE 0 IN THE EVENT THAT A FIRE MIGHT FOLLOW IN ONE
OF THE SURROUNDI OR IN THE EVENT OF A MISSING
PLANE& SO ON.
AT 3.48AM I WAS PUTTING MY DOG OUT AND AS I STOOD LOOKING INTO THE
PRE-DAWN SKY OBSERVED AN OBJECT OR RATHER THE FLASHING LIGHT FROM
AN OBJECT ALMOST DIRECTLY OVER HEAD AND TRAVELING GIN A NORTHERLY
DIRECTION. THE LIGHT WAS A ELUE OR BLEE GREEN COLOR AND VERY DEFINATELY
FLASHING. WOULD GUESS ABOUT EVERY SECONDS, I WATCHED THE LIGHT
FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES JPLE OF MINUTES AND THEN WENT AND THEN WENT INSIDE INSIDE TO GET ET MY MY BINOCULARS, BIN CULARS,
WHEN I RETURNED RETURNED I COULD NOT RELOCATE THE NOT RELOCATE OBJECT.
