at 10 deg elevation moving to position at 7.98 w 26 min late it would
overhead at O4/1318Z. Disappeared suddenly reach peak of orbit and turn SE bringing
at 04/1321Z bearing 108 deg 54 deg altitude. the Satellite in position to be observed
Had appearance of lst mag star. at 127.15E. Case evaluated
