On 13 December 1962, at approximately o9l5 hours, Capt. Taylor reported to
Security and Law Enforcement I Division that Mr had advised by telephone
that at approximately 0712 1 hours, that date, observed an object traveling
west southwest, descending at 45 to 60 degrees angle going from north to south
Object was allaged to be close by. The color was bright green light with
lighted tail approximataly one foo long. Object ravelling very fast, disappear-
ed behind trees.

Warner Robins, Georgia, situated at the approximate point where object was
sighted is equ pped with mercury pe street lights.
Service Coordinator, Service Department, Flint
Electric Membership Corporation, Warner Robins, Georgia, advised that re-
ferenced street lights are automatically and individually operated, turning
on at dusk and cutting off at dawn by a switch contained in the head of each
light. Mr. Cax advised that said lights usually Ligioe tu. flash and/or flicker when
the switch operates.
