1. On 11 April 1963, this District Office received a telephonic
notification of a UFO having been sighted by a
schoolboy,

by QE and a fricnd, Cai Silver
Spring, Maryland, WM advised this occurred on the night of
11 November 1962 and he has been attempting since then to report
it to the proper agency. escribed the UFO as a streak
of light which traveled horizontally across the sky, turned upward
and exploded,
