possibly satellite . No noise and no
lights.I First believed object to be followed. Since witness indicated
a star. Object following a parabolic that object possibly satellite,
course. Not on airlane. case is carried as a satellite.

SIR,
This is to certify, that I, Robert F.Herrebrugh,serialnumber 340118136,
sergeant first.class redio-operator in n the Netherlands Armed Forces in
Surinam,S.A.,detached at Princese Beatrix Camp, Zanderij Airport,observed
a rather fast moving,lightened object. I observed it through night-binoc-
ulars.
Direction: from almost North-West to almost South-East.
Dete Saturday, November 3,1962.
Time about..1900 a(-2330Z).
What I like to know is this : could this have been a U.S. satelite?
I did not hear any engines and did not see the usual red
and green wingtip nay yigat lights
was using night - binoc-
ulars.
