At 05402 MSgts Balderson and Ivay observed an UFO for approximately 15
seconds. Ths object was golden in color and appeared circular in shape with
the leading edge concave. This object was observed north north east of Lock-
bourne AFS on ae bearing of approximately 10°, approximately 5° from the horizon.
It hovered then proceeded sast at a high rate of speed.
