BELMONT — A report on the
status of Belmont’s proposed cap-
ital improvement projects, iis zon-
ing ordinance, ils recreation pro-
gram and a proposed urban re-
newal project was given last night
by Mayor Kenneth Dickerson and
Councilman L. C, Reynolds. -

Dickerson said the report was
in answer to a. recomendation
some weeks ago by the Belmont
Citizens for Better Government
