1. The examination of the film has produced these findings.
a. in addition to the bright ellipse, a similar separate
faint image also appears in most frames. ‘this is the only
feature that is duplicated in the format.
b. These images change position within the frame in a
uniform manner while maintaining their same position relative
to each other, ,
c.. the background also chanses position within the frame
out at a different rate.

1. In compliance with AFR 200-2, 14 Sept. 1959, the following UFO
report is submitted. The usual format and reporting procedure is
not followed in this report due to the circumstances of the event
and the lateness of the report.
2... Mr an Instructor Technical Representative of
while on an official USAF trip to Eniwetok Atoll, took
some motion pictures of the flight. While flying abeam Johnson
Island, the original of the attached film was taken. He did not
visually sight anything other than the island but when he developed
the film upon his return to the ZI, he noticed the peculiar object
that is apparent in this film. The original complete film roll is
presently in the possession of DOOPI, this Headquarters.
