Felt it was an optical illustion. To verify assumption burned eyes away
from "globe" for few minutes and then returned vision to sume. It still
revealed inpression man was half circunventing sides of "globa". At 5:20 A/M
an unidentified object was released from west side of "globe", travelling
northeast in the direction of Fort Schyler. Ori inal rele t fast spend

During disintegration a black, smoky film encompassed the lighted "globe". This
filn formed opinion, in observer's mind, that what firstly eppeared to be a
timed for release of flying "disc", or reaction of outside coating of lighted
"globe" contacting atmospherical elements.
Not being mechanically, or scientifically hope this detailed report
will prove of interest and benefit.
