Round white cbject with reddish tinge, sharply Very little information regerding the
outlined, muich smaller than the moon. Dog object; therefore, a validconclusion
barked at object. Object on horizon in North camnot be reached. Duration of sighting
when first observed and disappeared at same was 1 l/2 minntes. Location of initial
location. Observer estimated distance of object observation on the horizon and also objedt
Jas 50 miles. Object flashed and flickered and disappeared at O° elevation- Object of
disappeared and reappeared, however no mention
how this occured was indicated. refraction of an astronomical body, howeyer
no stars of the first magnitude or any
of the planets were in the location
