10, BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING

Object shaped like a star and about the size of
a star, white with a pulsating dull-red light
trailing behind. No sound. No trail.

11. COMMENTS

The witness reports that the object was
about the size and shape of a star. That
it was pulsating and was dull red. Even
though no tail or trail existed and the
object was in view for 15-20 sec. It was
probably a meteor.

ae On 29 September 19CQQMEIINMMMe, from the Champaigm-
Urbana Courier, reported that he had received a phone call

reporting a U.F.O, Subsequent investigation revealed the
following:

2. Description of Object:

a. The object was shaped like a star and was about the size
of a star,

b. It was white with a pulsating dull-red light trailing
behind it,

ad. It has no discernible features,
e. There was no trail of exhaust,
f, There was no sound,
3e Description of the Course of the Ob ject ;

ae Observer stuck his head out of the car window to look up
to see if the sky was cloudy and observed the object directly
overhead,

b. Observer watched object cross sky to the north/north east
and disappear beyond the horizon,

Cc. Object was visible for an estimated 15 to 20 seconds or
about three times the speed of Echo I,
