Photos taken on 9-26-60 at 1400. Shape was Too little information to allow valid
round, about 15 meters in diameter. Photo- conclusion. Photo analysts state: objects
graphed with a shutter of 6.5, time 1/250, either very small and close to camera or
distance infinite. moving rapidly due to their being out of
focus. Due to objects being much darker
than other Bark areas, negative or original print was
possibly retouched. To one print, objects size in-
creased, creased, indicating indicating they were closer to closer to camera camera than than

increased in size, indicating that that camera was moved
toward background. Also in this print background

Evaluation of Source Reliability Unreliable
Analysis and Conclusions: The prints was submitted to proto analysis. The
information reported is too
states that the objects either very small and close totkx the camera
or moving rapidly their being out of focus. They also state that due
to the objects much x darker than the other dark areas, it is possible
that the negativ original print was retouched. In one print, the objects
size increased indicating that they were closer to the camera than in the
other print. However, th
indicating that the camera was moved toward the background. Also in this
print the background appeares to be overexposed, but the objects are just as
dark as in the other print. These prints are probably the result of someonex
attempting to perpertrate a hoax.
