2020 hours, A UFO report was made from centerville (report attached)
Sky conditions were observed and local facilities were contacted
for clues. The Sulphur Grove weather station reported it had a
weather balloon ESE of its station which broke and started de-
scending from 90,000 feet ac 2000 hours.
