Analyois and Concluslons: A sighting occured in the vicinity of Dubuque, Iowa
a few days prior to this signting, and it r received quite a lot of publicity.
All this publicity could account, at least partialy, for this particular report.
Altnough it was reported tiat xaxiextixn the objects were photograpned, the fiim
was never receivei at AlIc. The claim was made tnat the objeets showed up on the
fiim; liowever, not being able to see the film, this claim is considered invalid.

Analysis Bont;
The reporting individual, a l7 year old girl, said tnat ner brother first saw the objects,
then she san took some Smm movie pictures of then. lhe size was reported as tnat of large
transports, wnich would suggest that they were fairly close to the a witnesses. If this
was the case, they saw should nave be seen by otner individuals, which apparently wasn't
ths case as trere was no otner rerorts concerning the objeets. It is bossible that the
witresses were i-rluenced by the recent publicity on tois mibjeet. xxk lt is also possible
they sew three acft at a high altitude fxe reflecting the sunlignt, their wings and tail
obscured by this reflection. This, with a little exngeration, could very well scount for
the report recetved. Therefore, this report is evaluated as prob aeft, coupled with exageration.
