Obj w/the brilliancy of a bright star observed Venus was in the position noted at
during the daytime. The side near the sun beirg the time of the observation.

Using the magnetic comress on an airplane I determined the object
to be about 200 degreees magnetic from the airport. And, then using a
vernier protracter (which is normally used to ad.just propeller blades) found
the object to the horizon.

and spoke to , one of the radar observers.

was gone. I scanned the sky with and without binoculars through the aree
