and 3 near the bis dipper at
about 20:45 hr. until about
20:50 hr. Saw 2 more at 21:10hr.
until 21:16 hr.

Single lights going fuster than
a jet. Light was a yellowish white
about as large as the lst magnitude

stars.

Went horizontaly for about 5 minutes
then slowly fading out.

One went ffom the end star on

handle of Big Dipper to end star

concerning Unidentified Flying Odjects you sighted recently
on Lake Butte Des Morte, Wisconsin.

Your letter contained insufficient data to allow a
valid conclusion. Therefore request you complete the attached
Air Force Questionnaire in regard to this sighting and forward
the completed paper to the Air Force Technical Intelligence
Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, for snalysis and
evaluation.
