Contamos en ests caso nusvamente con un relato completo, muy
minucioso e inteligente.

Un detalle significativo lo tsrismos al destacar 61 Sr. Vere
nfindez Cartalla que los discos no giraban sobre si mismos dado que
vefa perfectamente dos puntos bajo cada uno de slios, cosa lnposible
31 estuvieran girando.

Los discos no eran anboluminosos ya que se hacfan risibles
por la luz de la cludad que los alumbrada desde abajo debilmonte.

Un elemento a destacar es la extraiia formacidn en que sa trasg-
Ladaban y que no muestra regularidad alguna salvo la oxacta sevara-
ciédn entre un disco y otro. Nuostro observador destaca

Sobre esta irrsgularidad en la formacidén, uno da los antece-
dentes mis destacados es la famosa pelfcula de Utah, filmada en al
Estado de ese nombre en los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica y qus fud
considerada como ultragescreta durante mucho tiempo. Finalomente se
dié a conocer. C.I.0.V.I. tuvo oportunidad ds estudiar dicha velfcula.
ista filmada en colores y muestra no menos de doce discos en forma-
cién irregular, tal como lo ocurrido al Sr. Cartalla. Siibitwrenta uno
de les discos daspega de la formacién y la sventaja, volviéndo a ana-
recer repentinamente en la pantalla en sentido opuesto al conjunto y
desapareciendo.

Otro detalle, y este respecto a ila personalidad de nusstro

obssrvador, es que ol Sr. Leandro Pissagsi, Fresidente del Asroclub,
acompakd al Sr. Cartalla a una nota radial preparada por C.1.0.V.1.

We comnent again on this case with a complete and detailed Intelli-
gent story. ‘

One significant detail we have to point out from Mr, aaa;
story and that is that the saucers did not rotate on their axis for he
could see perfectly 2 points under each one, which would have been im-
possible if they were pivoting.

The saucers had no light in themselves for they were seen only when
the lights of the city dimly reflected on them.

Another item worth pointing out is the strange formation in which they
flew that does not have any regularity, except the exact distance between
one saucer and another,

Our observer points out that all the saucers flew as if it were a solid
mass, wnich suggests the existence of a magnetic force between the objects.

As to the irregularity in formation the best example known is the
famous film taken in Utah, USA, and was considered extra secret for a long
time. Finally, when it was given to the public, CIOVI had the opportunity |
of studying it. It is in colors and shows not less than 12 saucers in
irregular formation, the same as Mr, eae. | Suddenly one of the
saucers breaks away and goes ahead, appearing again in the opposite direction
and disappearing.

As to the personality of Mr, QM, it is worth noting that the
President of the Aeroclub accompanied him during the redio interview pre-
pared by CIOVI. During the audition it was requested of any possible
observers to come forward with their information to complete the studies,
but nobody did, so we have Mr, Q@MMMMMMMBeas the only observer of the 7 flying
saucers that flew over Montevideo on December 7, 1958. This should not
be considered Strange as he was in a perfect position to see them: observed
in complete darkness in a high place in the city.

anything in the air that would cross my eyes.
I have a flying license end I am an instructor
in sailplane flying. I am 40 years of age
and have 25 years of experience on aviation
matters.
