The inclosure is a report of a sighting of an unidentified Flying Object
by Mr. a civilian guard at Anniston Ordnance Depot, Bymum,
Alabama. Five days were lost before the inclosed iniormation reached this
office. Therefore, this report is forwarded without the benefit of personal
interviews, to preclude further loss of time.
Mr. sighted an oval object on a clear moon-lit night. He followed
the object, which was estimated i at 75 ft. altitude, for a distance of about
3t of speed.

sighted,object was moving at approximately lo-l5 mph at an altitude of
75 fest. Subject was in car at the time with the Iights out. He left his
lights out and followed the object for about  mile (altitude and speed of
object during this maneuver not stated). Subject then became scared and

clear moon-lit t night, and the only light he saw was the reflection of
the moon on the object.
