1. Attached report of unidentified flying object is fa warded
for your information.

2. Further investigation from this unit reveals the following
pertinent information:

a. Weather in area at time of sighting:
3500' - scattered clouds
7500' - scattered clouds
High broken clouds
Visibility 10 to 15 miles

Winds: East to SE at 10 knots, with thunderstorm
activity to the SE of sighting.

b. Six (6) RB-66 jet aircraft from 363d Tactical
Reconnaissance Wing, Shaw AFB flying in area of sighting at approximate
time of sighting.

3. Due to lack of more detailed information pertaining to the
sighting of unidentified flying object and related activities (i.e.
weather report and flying operations) no further action from this
organization is anticipated.
