On 2 January 1958, MR. | and Va oot
residents of Huntsville, Alabama, observed and reported a UFOS over

Huntsville. The information pertaining to these sightings was
furnished oy the Rocket City Astronomical Associction, Huntsville,
Alabama, to Headquarters 3rd U. S. Army, Fort McPherson, Atlanta,
Georgia, which in turn furnished the inclosed copy of the original
resort to this headquarters. The original report was forwarded by

3rd Army to ACS/G-2, U. S. Continental Army Command, Fort Monroe,
Virginia.

COMMENTS OF PREPARING CFFICER:

No investigative action was taken by Headquarters 35th Air Division (Def).
