On two occasions within the last two weeks two different sightings have been
made of unidentified flying objects in Peru. In both cases the reporting sources
appear educated and intelligent.
The first case is covered in the following ouoted tel egram from the Inspector
of Indian Affairs at Andahuaylas (Departmen Apurimac), Peri, dated 29 October
