Officer. Contained following information,

1. Tha following is a partial quote from the night controllers of 18 Octoe
ber 1957. Quote "Note”® "At 1950 I spotted a raddiah "In Canter” white light
south west of our range about 1500 ft, bigh, for a few wecords it did not mova
than it went ont of sight fast", aa/ic Parnett saw it also* unqiote,

Description:

Comparitive size and shapa: Sinilar to Jat stream of an A/C on take-off
Tali Train: Similar to Jet on take off,

First, called observers attention td light: Reddish glow in whita center.
Lergth of time in sight: few seconds.

Observer was standing in fromt of Communications, Avon Park, POR
observers name iz A/iC Henry C, Zuniga, AF 18455679

lo thunder storms were in area at time of observation.

Note: A/1iC Zuniga and A/ic william ©. Barnett, AF 14524192 are conpetant
reliable aircraft controllers on the Avon Park Bombing and Gunnery Hangs,
The only descrepancy that I could find on their observation of the light

was that A/1C Barnett seemed to think it just went oat rather than trailed
off;
