The sighted object was a brilliant white light, it appeared to be unevenly
round in shape and could be compared to a star except it was approximately ten
times or more larger. Color was brilliant white with only one object in appearance.
Course of object was West to East directly overhead, angle of elevation 50°,
azimth 90°, keeping steady West to East course. Object appeared in my sight for
approximately forty five minutes and was visible from the ground and also sighted
through binoculars. Zulu time date: 2330Z at dusk, The observer was located

Latitude - 41° 43! M, Longitude 72° 39! W. No other observers, other than myself,
at this location, Weather conditions were excellent with excellent visibility,

weather station facilities were not available. Ceiling was unlimited. Nearest air
traffic was at Brainard Field and this consisted of only light private planes.
