submitted.
a. Civilian, Mr reported on 1 July 57 7 that he saw an object
in the sky emanating yellow-vrange lights. This object at first remained stationary
for a few seconds and then moved very slowly off/ Lights appeared to be connected

out of my window and noticed a yellow-orange light in the sky due
