Following is an extract from SDo Capt R C Webb's report 20-21 Jine 1957 for
your informationt
"1900 - Returned from chow. Security and fire checked Bldgs 264 and 275 and the
upstairs offices in Eldg 263. In my absence, a UFO call from a local person - l835 -
was given to SDNCO. He was unaware of necessity of filling out UFO Questionaire.
Lady said she saw a baloon just north of Vandalia field moving slowly North. No other
information was gotten by SD) I called Vandalia Wx and they released a baloon at
1830 that slowly drifted No This seems the probable explanation."
