We have this case on three distinct data: 1) solid apnrearance;
2) round and squashed shape; 5) the affirmation that it was a metallic

object.

Also it had something unusual: the sound, it was described as a
long whistle, very hich. The previous data on this is very scarce. In
our country CIOVI studied the case presented in Canelones on the ranch of
Mrs. Amalia Lacondeguy de Lescoumes, who sald that she saw something that
had a loud high frequency vibration. Probably the cbject was very high
this time and the noise was muffled. We also have the statement of
Mr. Juan Ramén Mora who describes it as the humming of a bee (see case

of 30 January 1958).
According to all this data we must conclude it was a flying saucer.

El presente caso se encuentra delineado por tres datos
srecisosa: 1) apariencia sélida; 2} forma rsdonda achatada y 4%) la
aflomacitén de que se trataba de un aparato metdlico.

Aparece adem4s un elemento poco usual: el ruido. on este
caso 83 descripto por la observadora”"como un silbido pronunciado, ca-
si un chirlido". Los antecedentes sn cuanto a esto son mus esca-
sos. En nuestro pafs C.I.0.V.I. astudid oportunamente el caso ocu-
rrido en Canelones en el estadlecimiento de la Sra. Amalia Lacon-
deguy de Lescoumes. =n dicha instancia dimos cuenta de que la obser-
vacién fué acompafada de una vibracién de alta frecuencia, muy es-
tridente. Tal vez la distanciainfluyd para que en este nuevo caso
el sonido fuera m4s apagado. También tenemos ia odbservacién reali-
zada por el Sr. Juan Ramén Mora que describe el ruido por 61 per-
eibido como el zumbido de uns abeja aunque mds fuerte (ver caso 30
de snero de 1953 ).

Por los datos aportados por la Sta. Martinez, lézgicamente

dedvemos arribar a la conelusién de que se trataba de un disco vola-

dor el odjeto que tuviera oportunidad de observar.-
