The object was circular and bright in color. Noticed when someone called the
observers' attention to it orbiting very low and disapceared straight up. It
was seen for two (2) minutes, five (5) miles NE of Baltimore (76 26 ' W -390 26'N)
Weather was clear sky - good visability. Winds - 6,Ooo.
