it called for the Aircraft Comaander, LCdr Harrell, who was back in the
passenger cabin at the tias; however, there was soms dalay in his betog
notified and it was about 15 or 20 minutes before he came forward ard made
out the CIRVLS report which was sent to Guam as wes wore not in contact
with Clark whan the report was ready, UCdr Harrell also passed the
information on to Pan Amarican Flight 25 Victor which was onreuta to
Manila and asked him to pass it to Clark by phones as soon as he got in.
