a. Mrs. Barry at 0600, 28 Nov 56, awoke and upon looking out her bedroom window
observed a "flying saucer" which was approximately 'x6' in diameter, dome
shaped, and white in color.
b. Object about 25 degrees above the horizon in a Westerly direction.
c. Object remained at about the same elevation, moved to the North and disap-
peared.
d. After watching approximately five minutes, the object moved Northward and
disappeared. Shortly thereafter it returned to approximately its original
position.
e. After remaining in position approximately another Tive minutes, it again
moved northward and disappeared.
f. Ten mimtes.

a. Clondless since 1700Z previous day, visibility 15 mi, winds strong at 12-2
pn Ww.
b. Surface pressure rising contimmously since 1400Z previous day. Ridge of hi
pressure over Washington was rising in intensity am high pressure area was
centered over Tallahasse, Florida. Although as indicated above surface winds
were strong previous day they were absolutely calm at the time of sighting.
Preeeers rose from 29.79hg to 30.05 hg over past 30 hours. Radar set inopera~

went back to and it is unknown whether it returned or not. The wine

as a storm wirdew. It is possible that som light refraction a distortion
