Dear Sir: pan

that there were no weather balloons in the air in this vicinity. I
then decided it wes far higher than at first I believed, end ran ]

showed little or no convergence, and I ren another base line of
the same length. This latter trian glation showed, so far aa I could
detirmine with my o1d8 prismatic compess, a convergence of about
three degrees. This placed the UFO some 100,000 fest une With
an 014 rifle telescope I took several readings and finally worked
the object out ss subdtending somewhere near @ minute or arc, making:
it over 200 feet in diameter.
