c. The color changed from white to red to green and back to white. Observ-
ers could not recall the exact sequence of these color changes, but stated that
the light changes slowly merged from one to another, taking about 30 seconds for
each change. The observers further stated that it definately could not be con-
fused with aircraft navigational lights.
